Day 1	The Lebanese Hospitality Arrival to the airport. Welcome by our correspondents : Two youth Lebanese girls, one offers sweet "the Baklawa", the other offers flower necklaces to ladies and roses to sirs. A small bus delivers clients baggage and luggage in bedrooms before the arrival of tourists. A comfortable bus drives the tourists with a qualified guide. At the entry of the hotel a Folk dance waits them "The dance of the sword". A welcome drink : Whiskey, wine, Arak, cold and hot canapé. Distribution of keys. The dinner will be prepared in the historical residence of the XIX Century. the house Sursock. Gardens and lounges will be fitted in order that the tourist feels well in Beirut. One begins to breathe Lebanon with the traditions and customs of the habitants. The sheep "Michwi" Mezzeh and different dishes during lunches and dinners, according to the place where one is found. Day 2	In company of Emirs Beirut – Beiteddinner – Deir El Kamar. 7h:30 Awakening. 8h:00 Breakfast. 8h:30 Departure for Deir El Kamar. 9h:30 Arrival it is a typical Lebanese village that shows by its architecture the different periods of Lebanon of the XVI of the XX Century. Houses to red tiles, paved lanes, palace …. That's where the tourists are invited to make "the photographs race". An album is distributed to each tourist as well as a photograph machine. Photographs of the album are taken in the village of Deir El Kamar, it is necessary to take them again. The tourist who could make them will be rewarded by valuable presents. 11h:30 Departure for Beiteddinner. 11h:40 Arrival and visit of the palace of the great Béchir II built in the XIX century it is an alive example marrying the western art to the oriental art. 13h:00 Departure for lunch to Mir Amin hotel. 13h:15 Arrival to this palace that contains an oriental ambience. It is around the pool that the lunch will be prepared with a personnel in traditional outfits. With the Mezzeh and the drink a consisting Lebanese dish will decorate the table : The Mouloukhia : a dish consisting of a plant mixed with rice, vinegar, onion, and meat of the calf and chicken. Dolls will be distributed as present six bottles of wine and arak for the plug of photographs. 14h:30 Departure for Beirut. 15h:30 Arrival and visit of the national museum. After the visit a promenade in the quarters restored in the city center, where a welcome drink waits for the tourist in one of these traditional restaurants by the restored vestiges of Beirut. 18h:00 Return to the hotel and rest. 19h:30 Departure for a dinner at the restaurant Mijana in the middle heart of Beirut : series of cold and hot dishes will be presented as well as the drink and fruit of Lebanon. Figurines representing the phénicien will be offered to each client. Return to the hotel and overnight stay.
Day 3	A Pantheon to implore Baalbeck – Anjar 7h:30 Awakening. 8h:00 Breakfast. 8h:30 Departure in 4x4 to the plain of the Beckaa to visit the Roman temple. On the road a "halt" under a bedouin tent to take a cardamome cafe accompanied by a Gipsy playing on the Bouzouk. 10h:30 Arrival to Baalbeck and visit of this fabulous creation. Romans had chosen this plain to build in the honor of the triad : Jupiter, Mercury, Venus temples considered as the most beautiful so that will be visited by pilgrims from the four corners of the world. 12h:00 End of the visit and departure for Ksara. 12h:30 Arrival and tasting of the Lebanese wine in Romaine caves. Present : a bottle of wine. 13h:30 Departure for lunch to Massaya. 13h:45 Arrival and rustic lunch : the sheep roasted in full plain of the Béckaa, with different dishes and drinks. Do not miss the arak of Massaya. Present : a bottle of arak. 15h:00 Departure for Anjar. 15h:15 Arrival and visit of this place Omeyyade built according to the architecture of a Roman camp. Day 4	The Wonders of time Geita – Byblos 8h:00 Awakening. 8h:30 Breakfast. 9h:00 Departure. 9h:00 Arrival to Nahr El Kalbe visit of the tomb that represent the conquerors of the country such Ramsès II – king Assyrians … 10h:15 Departure for Geita. 10h:30 Arrival and visit of caves that remind the thousand and one night. The visit is followed by a duet that play music inspired of this creative nature – To remind that these natural caves are unique in the world and are an incomparable beauty. The Stalactites and Stalagmites take you in the distant of the time and the space. One of visits will be made in small boats. 12h:00 Departure for Zebdinner for lunch. 13h:00 Arrival in this small village that represents Lebanon by its customs and its traditions. This village belongs to our patrimony and always keeps its memories of past. The millstone to grind grains to the "Saj" oven to plate heated to prepare the bread. The evening will be animated by a musical troop. Return to the hotel.
Day 5	Eternal tree Cedars 7h:30 Awakening. 8h:00 Breakfast . 8h:30 Departure in 4x4. A Rally will be organized for this last day that will end on the highest summit of Lebanon "Kornet El saouda". Questionnaires and cards will be distributed to clients to facilitate the trip. 10h:30 Arrival to St Antoine for a special visit in one of the most old monasteries of Lebanon where tourists will be able to see the cave of "madness", first printing press imported by monks in the XV century in a small museum of the monastery. 11h:30 Departure to Bécharreh for the discovery of the native village of Gibran the famous Lebanese writer. Posters and Books on Gibran will be distributed. 12h:00 Path making once getting there. In a framework highlander that invites to the inspiration, one will taste the arak of the mountain, distiled 3 time. 13h:00 Departure for Kornet El Saouda where a rustic lunch awaits for participants. The michwi " grilled sheep", grilled Kebbeh and Mezzeh specialty of the mountain based on Yoghurt. 14h:30 Return and visit of the forest of Cedars, a ballad among these celestial trees 3 millennial times, symbol of Lebanon. 15h:30 Last stage of this rally at the bottom end of the Holy valley in the old monastery of the St. Elysé, where a cafe waits participants as well as an encounter with monks of the mountains. A suitable wine by monks will be offered. 17h:00 Return to Beirut. 19h:30 Arrival to the hotel and rest. 21h:00 Departure for an evening of good-bye at the casino of Lebanon. Candle dinner animated by a troop. Photographs to remember each participating. Return to the hotel.
Jour 6	Breakfast – transfer to the airport by our correspondants.
